Birthday Party Policies

We’re excited to celebrate with you! Please review our policies before booking.

    • 30+ days notice: Full refund (minus any processing fee)

    • 15–30 days notice: 50% refund to the original payment method

    • Less than 15 days: No refunds

    • Important: Once a party has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a cancellation refund

    • Parties may be rescheduled only once

    • Reschedule less than 14 days before the party incur a $49 flat fee

    • Rescheduled parties must occur within 12 months of the original date

    • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

    • Add-ons, gratuities, or third-party services purchased within 14 days of the party are non-refundable

    • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund
