Cancellations & Refunds 30+ days notice: Full refund (minus any processing fee) 15–30 days notice: 50% refund to the original payment method Less than 15 days: No refunds Important: Once a party has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a cancellation refund Rescheduling Parties may be rescheduled only once Reschedules less than 14 days before the party incur a $49 flat fee Rescheduled parties must occur within 12 months of the original date Other Policies No-shows are not eligible for refunds Add-ons, gratuities, or third-party services purchased within 14 days of the party are non-refundable If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund How to Cancel or Reschedule Please email us at parties@tapitsocialhouse.com.
